Children’s Ministry

Children's Ministry

On Sunday Mornings, your children are welcome to stay with you during service. However, childcare/ classes are available for children up to 6th grade.

Each room always has at least two (2) trained adults. All childcare workers are background checked per California law. Parents are welcome to accompany children to their classes and sit in.

Nursery & Preschool - 0 to 5 years

Before 10AM, you can drop off your child in the nursery in the main building, near the kitchen, opposite the sanctuary. Alternatively, you can keep your child with you in the main service until the children are dismissed to go to their classrooms (around 10:30AM), when you will drop your child off at that time. You must pick up your child from the nursery after the service ends around 11:30AM.

Preschool children are taught Bible lessons and are going through the Jesus Storybook Bible.

Children’s Learning Center (CLC) - 1st to 6th graders

CLC students stay in the sanctuary for corporate worship at the start of the service. Around 10:30AM (after the catechism and corporate singing), the teachers will lead them to the “Red Room”, which is a separate building adjacent to the main building. After communion (about 11:20AM), CLC students will return to the sanctuary for the final song and announcements.

CLC students go through a chronological, Christ-centered study of the Bible. The curriculum is by Answers in Genesis.
