Chapters 28-39: THE GOD WHO CAN BE TRUSTED Back to reality-judgment, trust, and signs of hope - God will miraculously deliver those who trust in Him. Chapters 40-55: THE GOD OF GOOD NEWS FOR SINNERS After judgment-comfort while waiting for the King to return - Trust God for He will restore His people. Chapters 56-66: THE GOD OF A NEW CITY Responding to the final judgment and salvation - The destiny of God's servants and the destiny of the wicked.
